The goals of First Response Mental Health Organization typically include:
1. **Supporting Resilience: ** Provide resources and programs to enhance mental resilience and coping strategies among first responders and medical professionals
2. **Raising Awareness: ** Educate the public, first responder communities and medical professionals about the importance of mental health and destigmatize seeking help.
3.**Providing Accessible Resources: ** Offer easily accessible mental health services, such as psychiatric therapy, counseling, peer to peer support, and crisis intervention.
4. **Training and Education: ** Develop and implement training programs to equip first responders and medical professionals and their families with the skills to recognize and address mental health issues, both in themselves and their colleagues.
